When I called Discovery Insure I was adamant that I wanted to cancel the insurance for my car and bike. I was going to move to another insurer who had quoted me a much lower premium. Shafick advised me on an alternative Discovery insurance option what provides better benefits than the other insurers' policy at a competitive price. Despite his advice, I canceled. Then I looked closely at the other insurers' offer and realized Shafick had given me great advice while respecting my wishes. I emailed him and asked him to call me back and when he did we sorted out my continuing policy with Discovery Insure. I'm very happy with the help Shafick gave me, he is a great asset to Discovery.
