<p>Within the midst of the problems Thobile Nqotheni created for me over the past weeks it took a few minutes for Percy Nobela to sort out, he went the extra mile to sort it out and kept me informed in all times, he continuously kept his promises to c g l me back each and every time he was busy with it. Out of all agents I talked to in the call center he was the only one who was truly listening to my concerns and provided logical and efficient solutions. I almost cancelled my insurance and through his service I was reminded why I chose discovery in the first place and this company needs to get rid of people like Thobile Nqotheni and hire more people like Percy. He knows why he goes to work every morning and I am thankful I was able to get his service.</p>
