Great Service by Kagiso Shabangu - Discovery Insur

I had an accidient on the 27-12-2015 while driving and collided with a drunk pedestrian, who died instantly. The whole odeal was very traumatic, and there were serious damages to the vehicle. I logged the insurance claim via mobile app with Discovery Insure. Kagiso Shabangu was my claim consultant, who provided great service. She was very supportive in assisting me to complile the required documentation, despite difficulty in getting hold of me telephonically, she made sure in finding suitable time to contact me. She kept me update regularly on the progress. I was emotionally affected and changed plans that I initially agreed and she was able to understand and divert to the new arrangement that I have decided to take. Her great deal of professionalism is worth mentioning. She also advised if I needed truama conselling which I really needed but didn't realise.
