Great service by Discovery Insure!!

<p>So my wife and I had the unfortunate luck to arrive back home the afternoon on New Years Day to find out from our neighbour that we had a burst water pipe between the municipal meter and our house. Fortunately the neighbour turned off our meter to prevent more water loss.</p> <p> </p> <p>We managed to get out a company to repair the leak on the 2nd January and I submitted the information to Discovery for a reimbur*****t of the amount paid to repair the leak.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was immediately assigned an extremely helpful claims professional (Mpho Sechai) who phoned me almost immediately this morning to advise of the process and that the claim was approved and that the uploaded documents were all in order. Mpho advised me about 20mins ago (which is approximately 3 hours since I lodged the claim), that all was in order and that the payment will be processed as soon as possible.</p> <p> </p> <p>It really does pay to be insured with Discovery and it is clearly evident that they employ highly s****ed and extremely helpful people.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks Discovery and thank you Mpho!!
