Great Service by Agent Hloni

I called in to cancel my policy and Hloni helped me out with it. Despite Discovery not being able to beat the offer that I was given by a different insurer, Hloni was honest enough to tell me that he wouldnt be able to. I appreciate the effort. Discovery though does need to look at how they are not able to beat the offer I'm being given despite being with them for more than 5 years.
