Great service

My wife's car wouldn't start, in hindsight, due to a dead battery (it was past its Sell By date). I called Discovery Insure and was assisted by Vuyokazi Luke. She was efficient, kind, and kept me up to date throughout the process. Personally, it's a big deal when a company says they'll call you back and they actually do so and on time. Everything was arranged so quickly - the towing service arrived soon after our call.

In the end, towing wasn't necessary thanks to Lunga (from Optimum Assist) who suggested checking the vehicle and was able to get it running.
