GREAT SERVICE: Ayabulela Sibanda

My daughter was involved in an incident where a rock was thrown at her car at night & smashed her windscreen. I called Discovery Insure & was assisted by Ayabulela. He arranged towing of her vehicle & kept us both updated on progress of procedures. I had to drive out to Somerset West from Cape Town to fetch her & he called me shortly upon arrival to make sure that I had picked her up & that she was safely on her way home. I felt he went beyond just making necessary arrangements but showed caring as well. As such I was very impressed.
