Great service at last

After struggling for two days 2 and spoke to about 4 consultants to get the right conformation of cover for a client that bought a car I was about to give up and was very very irritated when I was put through to a consultant named Monique Wiese.I was so impressed with her service and my problem was attended to and sorted out in a matter of 5 min .She really where so friendly and helpful and the rest of your staff could really learn allot from her in the way she handles clients.
