Great service at Discovery Insure

I just want to appreciate Takalani Nkangane who handled my vehicle claim. Even though the whole accident experience and my vehicle being written off was extremely traumatic, he really softened the blow with his exceptional service. He handled my claim with compassion, patients and great professionalism and knowledge, he was consistent in his feedback and really comforting. I wish him all the best in his career with Discovery, he's really an asset. Discovery as a whole has been great, from the moment my vehicle was towed, to when we were transported to hospital until the finalisation of the claim. I want to thank the emergency team and the trauma concierge too.
