Great Service and On Point!
Nthato was a great help, professional and spoke very clear. <br> I normally have difficulties understanding call centre agents with how fast they speak and with a noisy background (Hearing all other agens)<br> When he said he will call me in an hour, I said \could you call me back in 30mins"? <br> He was not a minute late! Talk about being efficient...<br> As a person in the service industry"
