Logged a cellphone claim over the Easter weekend. On Tuesday received a call from a very well spoken consultant , Sithembile Twala who provided all the information needed to move forward. Once assessment was completed the paperwork for loss etc was sent over immediately. This is the kind of service you expect from a service provider so well done to Sithembile Twala. 10/10 representative.
