Great service and going beyond

I called in thinking my insurance premium had been increased by 20%.

I had missed one year increase and it was actually a 11% increase. Still to high in my opinion.

Tshepo Mokhoabana assisted me and 1. reduced my fee from November 2017 onwards 2. advised me that all my cars linked with my Discovery profile can be used for the fuel rewards and advised how I can by doing a check get 50% back as my driving qualified for it.

So reduction in monthly premium and major cash backs.
