Great service and follow up

Very quick and friendly service. My car battery was flat, and within 30min the customer service guy, Zunaid Joseph, had arranged a local service provider to come out and help me, and he also followed up to see whether everything was in order. What I appreciate most, is when he said he’ll call in 5 min, he did. Follow-through! Great service, thank you.
