Great Service
I needed a tow, and was quite pleased by the excellent service provided by Aziz Mcpherson. He was very informative and followed up to ensure that my car had been collected.

24 Dec 2020, 19:52So 2 day's after having excellent service, I have to type this which is bit ****py....At the beginning of November I started looking for quotes for my car's warranty which was expiring on the 22/12,and got a quote from Discovery of about R330. I was advised that the quote expires in 30 days but I thought I will get a new quote closer to the time and it shouldn't change too much. Too my dismay i was shocked to realise how wrong I was. I called in on the 20/12 and was quoted about R440 rand, that's a more than 30% increase. When I asked how that is possible Samuel said that he I must send an email and that he will check with the pricing team. Yesterday I get an email saying that the previous quote expired and therefore the increase. I rep**** stating that I understand prices change but how can an increase of 30% be justifiable 2 weeks after the previous quote expired. The feedback I got was that prices increase everyday....I still cannot understand, even with a price increase how a 30% increase less than a month later is normal...Can someone please explain this to me?
