I would like to give a big compliment to Shafick Allow from the retentions department, I phoned to cancel my insurance after a terrible experiene with a consultant from claims. Shafick was very helpful and warm, he managed to convinced me to stay, however after he spoke to claims and was told that my claim was closed I decided to continue with my cancellation. Shafick Allow you are an amazing person and I would like to request for your Manager to listen to our conversation so that he/she how great you are. You are very passionate about helping people and have great listening skills. It's a pity that I eventually cancelled, but I thank you for your efforts. I might consider joining discovery insure in future because of you and Albert, but for now, it's the end.
