Great Service
I have dealt with a number off horrible Discovery call centre agents. They don't bother to listen to what your problem is . But today i spoke with someone who took my problem and made it theirs .Thank you Clerence Molatelo. Great exemplary service . He listened to my problem.Tried multiple solutions and eventually referred to Pricing dept for feedback .
Thank you again. 5* service from you.Not Discovery as a whole.
