Great service
After some bad service from another agent, Nhlakanipho Vilakazi assisted me in a very pleasant and professional way.<br> Promised to call after 2 or 3 hours but within 30 minutes called me back to assisted me. He was very pleasant throughout. Sorted eveything out while on the phone and really changed my view of the call centre agents.<br> I hope more of the call centre staff were like Nhlakanipho.
