Great service and empathy from Fezzy Ndumela. I crashed into a pillar and could not get the vehicle to move. A bit confused I could not find the Discovery number on my phone. Ten minutes later they called me to check if I was ok. Fezzy took the weight of my shoulders to submit a claim.
