Great Service

I wish to thank Denisha for attending to my case promptly. I joined Discovery insure last and my premium was affordable, after a few months I received an email from Discovery Insure and requested that I install a DQ tracking device in my vehicle or else my premium would go up by R300.00. That was beyond my budget as I already had a tracking device by Altech Netstar (already paid for) 12 months upfront. I called customer care to complain but the first lady that I spoke to said she couldn't help and there was no way out.<br> <br> Earlier this year, I decided to get few quotes from different insurance companies for me to change service providers because I didn't see my self paying to remove my current device, lose my 1 year premium with Netstar etc... I called Discovery insure again to let them know that I am planning to cancel my policy with them but was greeted by Denisha with pleasant news. She educated on the benefits of installing a DQ tracking device and advised me to consider installing the device and she would negotiate my premium again. My appointment to install the device is in April and looking forward to enjoying the benefits. Thank you Denisha for taking your time to help me.
