Great service
After having a break down and being stranded next to the highway in the rain I pressed the panic button on app and was called withing 5 min by Paulus Furstenburg, he then arranged a tow truck, helped me find a suitable workshop and followed up on where I am to make sure they got me to the workshop every 15 min.
