great service
I was assisted by Zunaid Joseph who was very professional, polite and understanding when I was anxious to get help, because I had an emergency at night. He was quick to send out assistance, and communicated very well during that time, giving me reassurance that I am with a good insurance company. This gentleman deserves a compliment for the job well done.
