Discovery insure increased my premiums so I decided to cancel. I sent an email a month ago, no one bothered to call me and retain me. Today I followed up by calling in, my call was transferred to Zimkita Sundu in the Retentions department. She was so professional, clear and to the point. I almost took her offer to review my contract and not cancel. I really enjoyed listening to her, she was not pushy and she took her time explaining and giving me advise.
