Great Service

I phoned discovery on Friday to cancel my car insurance as my father would now be the driver of this car.<br> I spoke to Theo Mokhine who was very polite and understanding. He did not speak to me in any way that would make me feel bad for cancelling my policy (which is something that I have experienced previously with other insurance companies.<br> <br> I had originally said to him that I would like the policy cancelled as of that Friday which he said was possible and that is what he did.<br> <br> After we ended the call, he phoned me back to give me the option to rather keep the policy running until the end of the month (as this time was already paid for). This would also be helpful to my father - having cover until the end of the month.<br> <br> Thank you Theo and Discovery for thinking ahead and for showing compassion.<br> <br>
