Great service

My house was hit by lightning and quite a few items were damaged. I battled to register the claim online, and decided I needed to speak to somebody - it took a long time before my call was answered. Bianca Peterson is the claims administrator I was put on to, and she and Thato Mekgoe (who took over during Christmas) did a wonderful job of handling my claim. They were friendly and quick to reply to my concerns, and I am a happy customer.
