Submitted a claim to Discovery Insure two weeks ago. The initial progress was slow, with the consultant seemingly not at all interested. The claim was then handed over to another consultant, Kevin Du Plessis. Kevin proved to be extremely efficient, kept me up to date with regards to the progress of of the claim, and was a pleasure to deal with. The claim was paid within three days of Kevin taking over.
