I was cancelling my policy and was told that a consultant will call me in this regard i got a call from a friendly respectable consultant called Lindokuhle Ngqulungo he really knows what he is doing and he does his research the thing that impressed me most was the fact that he knows a lot about his competitors so he can give better advise to his client so we can make a formative or constructive decision in regards to the policy. I hope there are more people like Lindokuhle working there as he is passionate and really knows the in and outs about the products that the company offers. He has a great attitude and has a lot to offer a lot of people can learn a lot from him as he did not only give me the advantages but also the disadvantages which shows a lot of transparency and honesty which is a great foundation to build a trustful relationship
