I had a claim for portable possessions which was handled by Roslin Moodley from Discovery Insure. After logging my claim online late at night I immediately received an SMS advising me that Roslin would be assisting me. The following morning before 9 I had received a call from Roslin advising what she required from me, this was forwarded and before midday the same day I had received my claim authorization form to sign and return for release of money, well done Roslin on you excellent service.
