i made a mistake by activating a clients policy on a wrong date. luckily there were no debits that had gone through.<br> <br> i was panicking so bad that i nearly sh** myself. but Thulisa Masumpa helped me so good to change the start date to the agreed time between me and the client,with a smile and a great attitude.<br> as much as we spoke on the phone, i could tell that she was wearing a smile. and she was happy to give service like that, and i know for a fact .good work awesome service at the discovery broker service consultants. i am pleased. keep it up
