Great service

After the recent storms in my area, found that the ceiling in my garage had collapsed. Most of the area had been hit hard and I feared that my insurance claim would take ages to process. What I didn’t count on was the incredible service and of Discovery’s building specialist Riaan Whitney. In less than 24 hours he was at my house, ladder in hand. He did a full inspection and even advised me on how to prevent something similar happening in the future. I must say I was blown away by his professionalism and knowledge, as well as his sympathetic demeanour. Less than 48 hours after the incident my claim was approved. He is a real credit to the company and I hope Discovery realise this.
