<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>We all often like to complain but hardly ever give credit where credit is due, I would like to extend this compliment to Kevin Du Plessis and Jose Alho. I had experienced two claims and had them both handled by each of these gentlemen, I was informed every step of the way where my claim was and what was next in the process of my claim. They both made sure that my claim was handled with the utmost imporantance and they were both always very professional and friendly. If the Insure claims team had more people like these 2.
