Great service

<p>This is sad story with a happy ending. First my husbnnd was retrenched after their factory closed down in May. We also then changed from our previous insurance, after being with them for 30+ years, to Discovery Insure. After 3 months with Insure, it all happened. In a period of 3 and a half weeks we had 3 accidents after no motor accident claims for the past 25 years. I was pleasantly surprise with the quick service, empathy and assistance we had experienced from Insure and their consultants. With the first accident <strong>Awelani Nemaangani</strong> was our consultant and I want to thank her for the way she assist us through the whole process, quick response on all my mails and friendly service. With the second accident <strong>Kelebogile Bezu</strong> was the consultant. I also want to thank her for her quick and friendly service and assistance. This accident happened 6 day after the first one on a Thursday. She arranged the very same day for assessment and the following Monday the car was at the panelbeaters and we received it back yesterday. Thank you to both of you. After 2 weeks we had a third accident and consultant is <strong>Anika Ramdin</strong>. We are still busy with the process but up to now she also gave us excellent feedback and assistance. Thank you Anika. I am really impress with Insure and want to thank them out of my heart for the service we received from them and congratulate them on their skilfull staff. I want to thank God that none of us was seriously injured and I am gratefull for Insure. I believe and pray that this was the last accident in our lifetime. Mercia Wilken</p>
