I would like to rate Ntokozo's service 10/10.<br> <br> He was very professional and though I wanted to move to a more affordable insurance company he convinced me not to and gave me options to move to a plan that was more or less the same as the quote I received from the competitor.<br> <br> His product knowledge is on point and his negotiating skills make it hard for one to refuse the offer therefore he persuaded me to stay with Discovery.<br> <br> He is a keeper.<br> <br> <br>
