Great road side assistance service.

I Received exceptional service this morning from Sweetnes Nqwaba. My car broke down for the first time in my life on my way to work this morning; I called discovery and this lady had the most amazing telephone etiquette and was extremely helpful during the entire ordeal.

We are all under stress with the COVID-19 situation and being a healthcare worker, I am under even more stress so having my car break down en-route to work in the middle of a countrywide lock-down was a panic-inducing experience.

Not only was she extremely helpful but she also made me feel cared for as she arranged for me to get to work on top of making arrangements to have my car towed. She had my back every step of the way and even called to find out if I got to work okay.

I'm seriously impressed.
