Great response and efficiency

We rang this morning to report damage to my husband's car and ask about making a claim. Matshepho was cheerful, polite and helpful. She booked an assessment for tomorrow morning and within ten minutes we had an email confirming the booking, with full details of the assessor's address, phone number etc. We changed to Discoverty Insure only a few months ago nd have been very impressed with their level of service and efficiency.
