Great rates

<p>Thank you to Ruan at the retention department for great service. He was more than happy to listen to my complaint of a high premium quote.&nbsp; He went out of his way to check how the premium could be lowered to ensure we get maximum cover at affordible rates. Even though there was system problems he called back once it was sorted, gave me a great rate and immediatly forwarded the policy details. no need from my side to follow up.&nbsp; thank you for great service.</p>
