<p>I would like to commend Avroy Petersen for dealing with me in a friendly and professional manner when I was cancelling my Short-Term Insurance policy with Discovery Insure. He was very helpful and approachable, and was indicative of the typical customer service rendered by this insurer. It's a pity I could not stay on.</p>
