I would like to compliment Ntlladi Mthimunye on the professional manner in which my recent claim was handled. From the time of me reporting the loss to the time the claim was approved was less than a day - much better than the average I have experienced before. Excellent service and keep up the good work.<br> <br> <br> Apart from that I would also like to add that I have been with Discovery Insure now for just over 18 months (4 claims in total unfortunately) and am very happy with the service I have received overall from them during the claims process.<br> <br> The Vitality Drive program linked to the vehicle Insurance is also a very good option to effectively reduce ones monthly premiums.
