Great proactive claims administrator after crime events

This is a belated review, but a very valid one. I had two incidents where my phone was ****** last year, a smash and grab and a grab and run. Particularly the first one was quite stressful needing to drive around without a window after the incident and uncomfortable in the cold winter. Both times Sheridan Luckay, a great claims administrator at Insure really went behind the call of duty. While I had a delay with my cell phone operator to get the blacklisting number he could find it on the database as soon as it was available and arranged speedily for my window to be fixed and got on the case of the very slow service of the company that needed to replace the window. Only after two other claims I realised how well he handled the claims after another very lethargic claims handler handled those claims. Get more Sheridans, please!
