Great people, but that doesn't get stuff fixed

My initial experience with an accident and Moloko Mathabathe was excellent. However, that was a week ago today (Tuesday last week). On Wednesday I phoned after no one phoned me within 24 hours as their SMS indicated - but my call was dropped after holding. Phoned again on Thursday, some thing happened - so finally just emailed the police report and case number. Finally Friday, after 10 minutes of holding, I get through. The lady on the phone (I didn't take her name - but very nice and friendly) didn't have any feedback on my vehicle, other than re-assigning it to a "specialist team". I did finally get communication yesterday afternoon from Moloko (accident reporting - emergency assist division) to check up on me and remind me to write the review... in short, great staff, friendly and helpful, but a general institutional problem, as my expectation is not friendliness, but a fixed motorcycle, or at least a status update a week later (or 24 hours later per the sms they sent after the accident).

I'd like to give you an update of my day... at 9am, I get an SMS stating that my motorcycle has been booked for assessment tomorrow in Pinetown, KZN (Auction Nation). The accident happened in Kempton Park, and the towing company was instructed to take the vehicle to the Edenvale Discovery Assesment centre. So you are transporting a motorcycle more than 500km for assessment?

But, then at 11:06 I get a call asking me if I can take the motorcycle (the one you towed on a flatbed as it is not drivable - and that I don't have possession of) for a quote and send the quote in.

So all in all, I believe you have some serious problems and am investigating moving my other insured items to someone who seems to have a better grip on the whole insurance thing.

Today I celebrated the two week anniversary of my accident - my claim is still as per the previous update, except today, it has been assigned to three different claims advisors - none of which have provided any update. At least their service is consistent.
