GREAT ON THE DAY, TERRIBLE ON THE FOLLOW THROUGH

<p>I previously wrote a review about how happy I was with the service I had received from Discovery insure, which I now regret. </p> <p>Although the service and support on the day of the accident was incredible, I have since been struggling to get any information from the person dealing with my claim. </p> <p>I have had to email several times, and receive no response. I have had to call, and not receive feedback from her. Its been a week and still there is no assessors report. I am without a car and no transport, and the claim processing is taking much longer than at my old insurers. </p> <p>As excited as I was with the good service, it has really been lacking since. </p>
