Great Job to Shafick Allow, Discovery Insure

Today I called Discovery Insure with an aim to cancel my car insurance due to a better quote from another SP.

First of all my call was answered immediately, which is one of the things that I like about discovery. Anyway..I told them the reason why I called and was directed to the retentions department with no hesitation. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Shafick Allow. The way he handled my call is highly professional and commendable. His customer retention skills are very good and I think Discovery is very lucky to have him. This call did not take much convincing, but the information and the value that was brought to my attention today convinced me to stay. The lesson I learned talking to Shafick is that as a customer sometimes it's good to think of the value that comes with the product before you make a decision based on the price.

I now feel at ease knowing that I did not cancel this policy!!!!
