I cancelled my insurance policy with Discovery on 25/08/2024 . Throughout the month of September I got 4 emails saying that a retention officer would call me . On 27/09/2024 , I called Discovery only to find that my policy hadn’t been cancelled . The agent I spoke to went through the process haphazardly. On 30/09/2024 , I called and spoke to Shamanie Naidoo from Retentions . She meticulously went through the entire cancellation process and went as far to arrange for the DQ tracker to be removed from the car at my residence. Her professionalism was so impressive. Her assistance was far beyond spectacular. She is a definite asset to her company.
