Great for taking premiums...useless for claims

My mtb frame cracked after hitting something and i lodged a claim. After a big run around i was forced to go to the assessors myself to take my bike. They assessed it and i stated the urgency of it being unsafe to ride like this. No one did anything. I rode this weekend and the chain stay snapped completely, almost causing a very bad accident. I phone and leave numerous messages...get nothing back
