Great Feedback and Issue Resolution

Simon Farisane got back to me today regarding the query I had on my policy and has gone to great lengths to resolve the issue above my expectations. I am satisfied with the reasons that were given for the delay in getting to the bottom of the issue as Simon was dependent on feedback from other departments before he was in a position to provide accurate feedback and a resolution to my query.<br> <br> Simon I do appreciate your tenacity and follow through in resolving my issue.
