Great Excess free insurance cover.

I recently got cover for my motor vehicles at a competitive price. I'm happy with the price of the insurance and value for money, But disappointed with their misleading promises. I havent been able to access any of the additional benefits they rave about like the 50% back on fuel spend and Gautrain travels. When I phoned no one could help me and told me a lot but nothing which I could understand in plain English.
