Great emergency assistance

I might be premature in this review, but I do not want to take away from the excellent service I received last week. In spite of making no mistakes, someone bumped into my car on Friday. The service from Fezzie Ndumela was fantastic! She phoned me six times. The concern for my safety and whether I needed assistance of any kind was first on her list. After that she kept me informed. Two hours and fifteen minutes after the accident, I was already sorted with a courtesy rental as well as having my car towed.
