Great Customer Support from Agent
I recently had to sell one of my vehicles and logged the request via the Discovery mail service.
Shafick Allow from the Retention's department at the Sandton branch was assigned to the request.
He repeatedly got in contact with me after instances that I was unable to take the call, when we were able to chat he delivered an efficient and quick resolution to my request.
I can wholeheartedly say that the service I received from Shafick was the some of the best I've gotten in past memory.
