Great customer Service from the Retentions department, Sandton

I commend Thabang Mpyana, from the Retentions department in the Sandton branch, for doing his utmost to keep me as a client, even though it was too little too late...had i gotten him on my first call to Discovery when i wanted them to re-look at my premium increase, i would not have left Discovery for another insurer. Companies should really address these kind of issues, and teach them how to deal with clients in these scenarios, if they want to retain their clients more. Thank you Thabang, keep up the good work!!
