Great Customer Service From Nombali Maseko
When we talk about excellence in what one does, I think they were talking about Nombali Maseko. After an unprofessional service i received or should I say NOT received from one of her colleagues, Nombali answered my call when I called in AGAIN.
She took me through everything with great ease and resolved my issue with the greatest professionalism that people don’t get often get nowadays.
Keep up the great work Nombali…Keep on winning those awards Because you deserve them all.
