Thank you for great customer service and for allowing me to express my previous bad service received from one of your colleague Mr Mogale Rakoma. You tried so hard to conceive to stay . I promise one day I will come back and join Discovery insure because of your professionalism, great customer care and the empathy you've shown during our telephone conversation.
